Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. Double-check dates before purchasing.
Is there an age restriction?
The festival is open to all ages. Children under 12 enter free with a guardian. Club Row 9 (nightlife zone) is strictly 18+ — valid ID required.
Location & Getting There
How do I get to Blok M Festival?
Venues are spread across the Blok M area, South Jakarta. Best options: MRT to Blok M station, TransJakarta, or Grab/Gojek. Parking is very limited — public transport strongly recommended. Full directions at main entry points and the JSD app.
What time does the festival open?
All zones open from 14:00 WIB each day. Concert areas start around 15:00 WIB. Club Row 9 opens 22:00 WIB until ~02:00 WIB.
